“To promote a variety of repertoires and to demonstrate to everyone the sound and versatility of
Such could be the motto of Quintegr'al, a brass quintet founded in 2012 to satisfy an earnest desire to share our passion for music.
Having matured through an intense learning process under the guidance of accomplished chamber music artists such as Jens McManama or the Spanish Brass of the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris, we strive to be constantly evolving and are unceasingly seeking new experiences.
We are interested in all of the sorts of music which permit appreciation and exposure of the potential of brass instruments via repertoires ranging from medieval music to contemporary creations, including orchestral pieces and popular songs. Our repertoire continues to grow, with particular accent on promoting rich and varicoloured original compositions for brass quintets.
Moved by a genuine desire for receptivity and sharing, we have performed on the stages of highly prestigious festivals as well as soloist engagements accompanied by diverse ensembles and even aboard a boat upon the Seine in Paris.
Indeed, we are Quintegr'al, and invite you to discover the richness of music for brass quintet on an elaborated, dynamic adventure through wellknown and notsoknown works, eager to explore new horizons ...
Here is a selection of our recordings made by the CNSMD's sound department in Paris. Good listening.

Quintegr'al is proud to make you meet his friends, the people who made this project possible.
"I had a huge pleasure giving a concert with those five young artists who make Quinteg'al: Guillaume Fattet, Fabien Verwaerde, Guillaume Merlin, Nicolas Cunin et Florian Schuegraf. Their homogenuous sound, their great sensibility, their huge curiosity and vitality allow this band to claim a very deep sound and an already very unique identity. I wish them the brillant career they deserve, and I will never hesitate to recommend them, so they can make people appreciate brass music through the world."
Chapeau L'Artiste Productions

We bet that these five very promising boys will go far thanks to the talent, the freshness, and the huge motivation that caracterize them. Without forgetting this very little bit of craziness, if need be to be unique... May their career be long, their desires strong, and let's always asy after hearing them "Chapeau l'Artiste!""
